Lisa Johnson has helped over 4000 business owners add passive and semi-passive revenue streams to their businesses giving them back more time and she can help you too. In this Masterclass, Lisa will go through all 5 steps you need to do to add a recurring revenue stream to your business on the masterclass. She calls it her CASsH System and it makes so much sense!
YOUR KNOWLEDGE

-
Recurring Revenue is about taking the knowledge you have and packaging it in a way that leverages your time to support as many people as possible in a one-to-many context. It does require work but then you are able to spend minimum time delivering the content and can reach many more people at once because it is scalable.
You can coach one person for 10hrs 1-2-1 for £15K or create the material, deliver it to several hundred people over 10 hrs, and make £220K. It would take you about 146 hours to earn the same amount from the 1-2-1 model.
Common ways to leverage your knowledge and skills - Courses, membership programs, or workshops. You can also have a subscription service if you deal in products.
You are an expert if you know more about a topic in an average room
This will work for you
1. Even if you are not a coach
2. If you have no existing business yet
3. Are new to the business world
4. Regardless of age
To identify what area of knowledge or skill to leverage, consider the following:
1. What services are you already doing offline that you can convert to online?
2. What skills and knowledge have you amassed from previous or current work that could be useful to others?
3. How can you help others become you regarding your professional profile or hobby?
4. What life experiences have you had that you can help others navigate (give them the help you got or wished you had)?
5. What do people come to you to pick your brains about?
Today's task
List the things you know about and could offer your customers!
YOUR FREEBIE

-
Don't overthink your choice of what knowledge to share with your potential customers. Pick one from the top three and you can always change it later if you need to. The important thing here is to start trying something different and, learn from it so you can keep moving forward.
We are wired to view new things as risks so the mind starts coming up with excuses why you can't do it even in the face of evidence that others are doing so. Take one step at a time and gain confidence to take the next one.
People will buy from you if they know, like, and trust you. The first part of that process is to give them a reason to take the journey towards trusting you by giving them something that is of value to them for free.
This is called a Lead magnet or freebie which forms part of a customer journey funnel. The lead magnet should relate to what you will be selling and be of value to the customer to start the journey toward solving their immediate problem.
Funnel journey
1. Share the link to your Freebie
2. Potential Customer gives you their email address in exchange for the freebie
3. You start sending out emails that showcase who you are, what you do, and why you are the right person to serve them
4. You give them an opportunity to buy from you and if the "know, like and trust" factor is established some will buy
In the Masterclass on Monday 27th March @ 8 pm, Lisa will tie all the tasks together as part of her Cas$h System
Client - Who are your ideal clients and how are you going to serve them
Audience - Building an Audience
System and structures - What needs to be in place to acquire, nurture and serve your clients
$ales - How to launch and sell products and services to your clients
Happy - How to deliver great service that gets your clients raving about you and helping you grow a sustainable business
Today's task
Give us the title of your freebie!

Lean In
By Frank Bolaji Irawo
Leaning into my discomfort
Exploring unfamiliar terrain
To dare to step beyond uncertainty
Out into the wild unknown
Expanding my horizon
One step at a time
Everyone as uncomfortable as the one before
Defying the Nay saying voice
Predicting my doom
How fleeting and selective memories can be
It was only the other day it played the same tune
Trying to dissuade me from what was then new
For what was then foreign I now call home
Drawing from my deep well of courage
Cheerleaders in tow
The universe at my back in case I fall
Regardless of outcome, I will know more
I dare to call its bluff and start to lean in
Beyond that gnawing discomfort
Lies my point of growth
To experience more
To learn more
To manifest more
To reach more
To serve more
To love more
The space of endless possibilities
All waiting for me
As I keep leaning in
YOUR TRANSFORMATION STATEMENT

-
Working on your mindset is an important part of starting something new. You may start comparing yourself to those further on the journey and feeling like you cannot do this or that you are not good enough to teach or support others in their journey. Just keep doing the tasks and Mindset will be one of the things covered by Lisa in her program.
More about that in the Masterclass on Monday 27th March @ 8 pm.
Systems
There are many systems that can be used to host your funnel system to handle:
1. The Landing page where your freebie link will send people to sign up for the freebie
2. The adding of their name and email to your mailing list
3. The means by which they will receive the freebie
4. Sending of the series of emails to build the "know, like, and trust" factor
5. Hosting of your course or membership
There are several platforms that cater to these needs, some free, some paid. One of the greatest benefits of Lisa's One To Many program is that this will be covered in more detail and is a done-for-you service so you don't have to worry too much about this if Tech is not your thing. Again more about this in the Masterclass on Monday 27th @ 8 pm(Register Here)
Course/Membership
Once you decide what to teach or the theme of your membership. Decide how you want to deliver it. Create an outline for the content of the course but do not write all the detailed content until you have sold it and then build it up one module at a time while getting feedback to improve it while ensuring you are covering what your client needs.
$ales
If you know your client and what you want to teach them. You have your freebie to grow your audience and you have a system to host your funnel. The next step is to $ell your program. This requires a sales page that should give enough information presented in a way that makes it a no-brainer for them to buy from you.
One mistake that people often make is to focus the page on telling people all the things they are going to learn and not enough focus on how the course delivers the solution to their problem or how to reach their goal.
People will experience overwhelm if all they relate to is the number of things to learn without the vision of the benefit of the outcome they want. People join memberships for knowledge stay for the community and often leave due to overwhelm. Keep it simple and focused using continuous feedback.
Transformational statement
This is where a good transformational statement comes in to sell the benefits of the outcome. It should include:
1. Who is the service product for
2. Where are they now relative to where they want to be
3. Where will they be at the end of using/engaging your offer
4. What does that make possible for them
Example: From clueless to confident - everything you need to know to confidently manage your new biz accounts
Today's task
What is the transformational statement for your offer?

YOUR CHALLENGE

-
This is the final day of the challenge, so far if you have been carrying out the tasks you should have some idea of:
Day One - Who are your ideal clients
Day Two - What freebie will you be offering to attract your ideal client to your mailing list. The title should appeal to your specific ideal client.
Day Three - How will you communicate your promise to solve your ideal client problem through your offering
If have missed the emails summarising the previous days of the challenge, you can catch up on them by clicking here.
It is not too late to complete the tasks and qualify for the prizes Lisa will be giving out in the Masterclass on Monday 27th March @ 8 pm, (Register Here). There are prizes for being there live, but if you can't make it a reply will be sent out as long as you register.
Launch your offering
Once you have built your audience with your freebie and established a relationship with them where they know, like, and trust you. It is time to launch your offering. There are many ways to launch which can take from 6 to 12 weeks.
1. Challenge
2. Festival
3. Webinar
4. Pay to stay
To learn more download a guide Lisa put together on different ways to launch here.
A launch cycle could include:
1. The client warm-up, that an offering is coming
2. Education on the problem and seeding the idea that you can solve it
3. Getting the clients ready for the solution
4. A launch event to engage the clients and answer questions/objections
5. Open a cart so people can buy the solution
Challenge Launch is the one of choice here because of the following reasons:
1. It showcases the material from the 12 modules in the One To Many program
2. You start building up the belief that your solutions can work for you as you take baby steps and see results
3. You get to experience the style of delivery of the One To Many program to see if it is for you
4. If you are unable to make it onto the program, you still get value from it that can make you money and can them come on board next year to improve your results
Choosing Your Challenge
Your challenge should derive from the modules of the course/workshop/membership that you are planning to offer.
You can take one module and break it down into three parts where each one has a task that your client can do that will get them closer to your promised solution and add value to their lives now!
Alternatively, you can take three key themes spanning several modules and create a simple task from each of those.
Example: Changing people's Money Mindset
Day 1: What is your current money mindset
Day 2: Identify Your Money Story
Day 3: What do you want your new money mindset to be - Create a vision board
Today's task
Review the modules of your offering and choose Three things that you would base your three-day challenge around.
Each day should have a simple task that your ideal client do in a short space of time that helps them get closer to your promised solution.

Acorn
By Frank Bolaji Irawo
Once upon a time
Great big oak from an acorn did grow
The seed impregnated with great potential
Physical eyes could not yet see
It haven been sown
To give it the chance to grow
Joins the Magic of the universe
Sinking roots deep down
while passers-by going about their business
Unsuspecting of the greatness
Hidden in plain sight
As time passes, seasons come and go
Till heads turned reflecting in awe
How this great tree was hidden
In an acorn so small
What is growing in you?
