Divine Maths
By Frank Bolaji Irawo
Doesn't add up
Who leaves the 99
Looking just for the one
Risk that makes no sense
Why not just chalk it up
To human collateral loss
Here is the thing
What if the 99 and the one
Are nothing but one and the same
One lost is 99 missing
Then to leave the one is to leave the 99
To save the one is to save the 99
Without the one the 99 are incomplete
They are all connected and need each other
To make the picture complete
So we celebrate the one as we do the 99
For in the world of Divine maths
99 and one make one
No one left behind
Everyone has value and each person matters as their energy is part of the whole and their being off has an impact on the whole.
Everyone is a whole not a 99, we don't get to add what is missing to them, just to call them out as wholes by creating space where it is safe for them to show up fully.
You can't be satisfied with that which is almost complete but never quite.
There is fulfilment in making provision for everyone to thrive in ways that having more money cannot.
Investment in people's well-being returns great dividends in productivity.
What effective ways have you found to accommodate "dissenting" voices?
Leaders I CU
By Frank Bolaji Irawo
You may think that it's not true
But I really do C U
When I look in the mirror
It's U who looks back at me
The leader in me
When you look in the mirror
Who do you C?
Who stepped up to care
For more than just me?
On whose shoulder do we rise
Who stepped into the space
Between U and me
That is the leader I C
And celebrate in U
When you follow your inner guidance system(intuition) and put something out there, those attuned to it will resonate and feel the sense of companionship in the journey and retransmit the message in their own way to connect to even more people. This is a model of co-leadership.
If you can see and celebrate the leader in others, it is a clue that there is leadership in you too. You can then choose to consciously deploy your leadership through discovering and living out your purpose.
Leadership is not about controlling others, but about inspiring them to step into their leadership and increase the positive impact we all can have in the world.
When you reflect on all the spheres in which you are a leaders
We are all reminders of what is possible.
You don't need titles to be a leader and you are not disqualified from being one without them.
Do not shrink from your leadership because you judge others to be more qualified than you. No one is better qualified at being you. You are the ultimate expert at that.
Do not discount your leadership experience. We exercise leadership in all spheres of life not just in the job or as a result of official appointments.
What comes up for you when you reflect on all the spheres in which you are a leader?
Insecurity
By Frank Bolaji Irawo
Impossible to secure insecurity
Security lies in making peace
With the truth of no insecurity
Insecurity can generate dysfunctional leadership that gets in the way of productive outcomes.
Insecurity arises from the premise that something from outside of you can make you any more secure than you already are. There is no end to how many times that story will morph once you satisfy the current version of that fable.
If you feel insecure, don't go looking for a solution outside of yourself. Look into the story that something else will make you secure and let go of the story in recognition that you were born secure.
What is your current story of what it would take to make you secure?
No Satisfaction
By Frank Bolaji Irawo
Attached to this fabrication
That things are the root of elation
Denying the innate intuition
Seeking contentment in oblivion
Pining for things in manifestation
Frustration for my imagination
That out there is my satisfaction
Afraid of its extermination
Feeding rabid accumulation
Hell-bent on another's domination
I can't get no satisfaction
Ego-driven leadership can drive people into ventures that don't align with their values
The Ego will never be satisfied as its premise is that striving to accumulate will make you feel enough but the goalpost will just keep on moving into oblivion
Leadership is most effective when it connects to your authenticity and gives you space to express your greatness.
We are 'satisfaction' going somewhere to happen.
Can you identify any Ego-driven aspects of your LEADership journey?
Identity Crisis
By Frank Bolaji Irawo
Stories so often told
They got so old
About how you lost
Your ways to be
Creative as was
So long ago
Before you were told
Not so good at this
Might as well quit
What's the point in this
If you can't be exquisite
You never left
Never to be bereft
Of what still is
The Creative essence
Bubbling inside
Nowhere else to go
Don't believe the lie
Your essence will never die
Creation of the universe
Creative you were born
Creative till you die
Remember this
Surrender to it
Expressions of creation
Will come of it
The endless flow
Of creative consciousness
To bless the earth
With the beauty from within
The framework is designed to remind us of our limitless potential and point us in the direction of how we may begin to express it while navigating the fears that tend to inhibit us from doing so.
We are inherently creative and this is self-evident from birth, our imaginations run wild and know no limits until we begin to resonate with limitations introduced by those around us calling us to grow up.
Our creativity is restricted by internalising the opinions of others as we begin to adopt the notion of not being very creative.
The good news is that once reclaim our identity as creative beings, it begins to manifest again.
Trauma or overwhelm may sap our creative energies but if we keep collecting ideas and notions, the creative juices will flow again.
When creativity is framed as a competitive context, some people are discouraged from participation because they do not deem themselves as good enough so why bother?
Comparison impedes creative originality, find your way that calls out to you. Creativity is about honouring the unique perspective of everyone and allowing those who resonate with their creative output to celebrate it.
As creative beings, we have creative energy in us that seeks to be expressed, when it has no natural avenue of expression, it starts to leak in unhelpful ways that affect our mental wellbeing
The longer you are on the planet, the more material you have to express creatively so age should never be a disqualifier from creativity.
What can you start doing today to reclaim your creative identity?
As a TransFLOWmation coach, I help entrepreneurs and business leaders remove mental blockers, unleash dormant creative energy and fearless innovation, and rejuvenate their business relationships to ignite and increase productivity.
TransFLOWmation is based on the following premise: We have infinite potential residing within
For us to maximise that potential, we need to let it FLOW from within aligned and unhindered.
This is achieved using a suite of services based on the following high-level outline of the 4 Pillars of Professional TransFLOWmation.
These four pillars are the key to experiencing it.
Clear: Remove the mental blockages stopping you from recognising your potential
Connect: Connect to and align with your true purpose
Collaborate: Work with the universe and those it puts into your life
Create: Start to fulfil your potential by taking inspired action
It is a 4-stage/16-module instructional guide process that can be highly customized to meet personal needs to get the universe “flowing” in your favour, maximising your professional potential.
