I am the waves at high tide

Clashing into the shore

Sweeping all before me

Who dares stand before me

Better be ready to feel the force

I am the waves at low tide

Sloshing in with a whimper

Washing over those at rest

Embracing all who stand before me

Soothing comfort for those who wade in

I am the depths of the ocean

Neither coming nor going

Home to all creatures large or small

Wearing the waves like hair

The main stay for all that seek stability

Holding space for all who call it home

I am the cloud that covers the sun

I am the one who weeps upon the earth

Feeding the ocean

To fuel the waves and the depths beneath

I am the space between the clouds and the ocean

I am the conduit of everything

Through me vapours rise and condensation falls

I am the seen and the unseen

All matter and the spaces that make them

The known and the yet unknown

The realised and future infinite possibilities

You, me and everyone else

We are it and it is we

The only one there is
