That Day

We all know this day

That very special day

A day like no other

On which no one is born

And everyone will die

It is that perfect day

When all the stars align

Unicorn will be found

Every obstacle absconds

Fear will make no sound

I refer to the day

By which people swear

Everything will be done

A day that hoards all those hours

It stole from every other dawn

The Day of Infinite Hope

When heaven will kiss the earth

Every dream will awake from sleep

Every pain will meet its end

And waiting becomes obsolete

This day has no peers

It reigns on every lip

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Don't compare to its fame

Is it your special day too?

Or will you live your dreams?

While you have today

Before they meet their grave

Someday
